Refund policy

At TheDreamal, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 12 -24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
